Meet Liam, the founder of Roostr. His passion for outdoor cooking started years ago, and now he and a small team help others realize their dream kitchen.

How it all started? The search for the ultimate outdoor kitchen.

It all started with a problem, a problem that arose while cooking outdoors. A lack of sufficient work and storage space, burn marks in the grass from hot pizza stones and mess in the garden. This problem is the basis for the creation of Roostr . After advice from loved ones to look for an outdoor cooking, Liam decided to do this. The journey to an ultimate outdoor kitchen had begun.

The search seemed more difficult than expected, an outdoor kitchen that is not made of wood, does not rust when the outdoor kitchen is really outside, is sustainable and also looks beautiful. Does this even exist? Driven by a vision of sustainability and quality, Liam decided to take matters into his own hands and start his own concept.

Barbecuing and outdoor cooking has always been a great hobby and a passion. Preferably for as many friends as possible or in the presence of family and with the most beautiful products and ingredients. The lack of storage space became a thorn in the side and affected the pleasure of preparing dishes on the barbecue. It turned out to be a real challenge to find the right outdoor kitchen. A hobby that has turned into a company, a company called Roostr Outdoor Kitchens. Founded in 2021, Liam started with the CO2-neutral production of outdoor kitchens in the Netherlands.

An outdoor kitchen that offers much more than just extra storage space, it offers functionality, space, the outdoor kitchen is aesthetically appealing and offers the right tools to make every meal an unforgettable experience.

In the meantime, many customers have been provided and made happy with a Roostr Outdoor Kitchen. This means that Roostr was ready for expansion, expansion of the team and of the brand. After the design of Rubix , we certainly did not sit still. We have continuously worked on optimizing the kitchens. The outdoor kitchens are designed of high-quality stainless steel (RVS) and finished with a three-layer powder coating. This ensures that our outdoor kitchens can be left outside all year round, regardless of the weather conditions. An outdoor kitchen truly for outside.
